Posted on

Dr. Michael Mardis appeared with UofL students, and alumni this morning on Great Day Live to promote the upcoming Belk Bowl Service Project.

Bowl Service Project
The University of Louisville is proud to continue its tradition of bowl service projects by participating in a cooperative community service project this year in Charlotte during the Belk Bowl.

We will be partnering with students and staff from the University of Georgia to work with the Ronald McDonald House organization of Charlotte.

Volunteers are needed on the morning of Tuesday, December 30, 2014 and must be on site by 8:30 am at the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte on 1613 E. Morehead St. Charlotte, NC 28207. We will be working at our service site until noon.

UofL students, parents, faculty, staff, administrators and alumni are invited to sign up for the project, which will be limited to 40 volunteers.

Bus transportation will be provided to and from the site for the service project. More details soon on the pick-up/drop-off location.
